At Lunaria, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can receive a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is in its original condition, has not been worn, and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that shipping fees and handling charges are not refundable.

Custom-made or engraved products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue. We appreciate your understanding.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please click the link below to log in and view your order for returns, or you can email us at inquiries@lunariagems.com. Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Customers will be refunded via the original payment method and will see the new balance on their next statement. A confirmation email will be sent once the return is complete.

If the item you received is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please email photos of the damaged item to inquiries@lunariagems.com. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as free repairs, free replacements, or partial refunds. Once we receive the incorrect or damaged item, we will issue a return shipping label and send you the replacement item immediately. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for another, please follow the return process outlined above, then place a new order for the desired item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Repairs

All Luna Ria jewelry is covered by a 1-year limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects, including loose stones, setting detachment, breakage, or other workmanship issues. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental impact, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, scratches, oxidation).If you encounter any issues within the warranty period, please email photos of the damaged item to inquiries@lunariagems.com, and we will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution, such as repairs, replacement, or partial refund.Unauthorized repairs or modifications will automatically void the warranty. Packages sent without prior email communication may not be accepted and could be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
